Haley Novak started her journey in property management in 2020, joining Logic LV Property Management. As a Property Management Assistant, she handled a multitude of responsibilities, from coordinating work orders with vendors to fostering positive tenant relations across a diverse portfolio spanning retail, office, and industrial properties. Collaborating seamlessly with accounting teams, Haley ensured precise financial reporting and maintained meticulous lease data while assisting in property budgeting.

Driven by her enthusiasm for property management, Haley pursued and obtained her Nevada Real Estate Salesperson license and Property Management Permit, marking a significant milestone in her career. This achievement propelled her to Lincoln Property Company, where she was an Assistant Property Manager within a dynamic team overseeing a vast industrial asset portfolio in Las Vegas, Reno, and Sparks, totaling an impressive 4.5 million square feet.

Recently embarking on a new chapter with Sun Property Management, Haley assumes the role of Property Manager, entrusted with a diverse portfolio comprising over 500,000 square feet of retail, office, industrial, owner and nonprofit association assets. She is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of service and is adept at anticipating needs through accurate record keeping and communication. Skilled in budget management, preventative maintenance planning, and tenant dispute resolution, resulting in reduced expenses and improved tenant satisfaction.  Haley is focused on managing, protecting, and maximizing the potential of her property assets.
