Julie is a Las Vegas native and brings over 14 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining the Sun team, she worked in Commercial Retail Leasing and Sales at Colliers International for 5 years. With a strong desire to expand her knowledge in commercial real estate, she made the move to Logic LV Property Management as an Assistant Property Manager. During Julie’s time at Logic, her team managed a large portfolio exceeding 1.1 million square feet which included retail, office, receivership, and bank owned assets.

Julie believes the key to success in property management is creating strong relationships through constant interaction and communication with owners and tenants as well as with vendors who service the properties. These connections help to provide unparalleled service, ensure tenant retention, and increases ownerships return on investment.
