As Accounting Manager at Sun Property Katie brings 20+ years of accounting experience to the company.  Her experience comes from a wide variety of industries including international beauty salons, municipal airport and flight school, manufacturing, home building  and property management.

After moving to Las Vegas from Minnesota Katie joined Astoria Homes as a Senior Accountant which gave her valuable knowledge of the construction industry.  She then moved on to International Market Center as the lead accountant for Las Vegas campus.  At International Market Center she was responsible for lease administration, daily accounting functions, monthly financials and leading her team thru year end audit.

Katie’s varied background is a true asset that gives her the ability to accurately report the financial status of any type of property. She can work with the property owner or their financial advisor to ensure the monthly reporting is tailored to their needs.

Ms. Haggbloom has an Accounting Degree and Network Administration Associates  from South Central College.
