Debbie joined Sun Property Management in July of 2016 as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, and currently assists the Controller with financials and various accounting functions. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Sun Property Management Debbie brings 19+ years of accounting experience to the company.

Debbie began her career in commercial real estate in December of 2007 as an Accounting Associate II for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. In 2010, she furthered her career with NGKF as a backup to the Purchasing Department obtaining bids, and generating purchase orders.   She worked closely with SW GAS and Tucson Electric Power to streamline the meter reading process for billing utility usage to the Tenants, and was an intricate part of 2 semi-annual audits and year end closing.

Debbie’s background is an asset that gives her the ability to accurately post Tenant payments and charges.   She works with our Property Managers and Tenants to ensure the accuracy of the Tenant ledgers.
