Sun Property Management, LLC. was formed in 2010 as a boutique property management company. with offices in Las Vegas and coming soon in Arizona.  The original owners of Sun Property Management brought a record of proven success in all aspects of commercial real estate. The addition of Susan Cotton to the ownership team brought the final piece of the puzzle in forming a successful property management company.  Since its inception, the Company has grown both in size and depth of services.  Our commercial property management experience is national in scope and locally applied.
