Jillyn joined Sun Property Management in 2013 as an Assistant Property Manager. Her expertise in providing hands-on leadership to develop financial and business growth while obtaining positive rapport with landlords, tenants, vendors and coworkers helped the Sun Property Management team grown immensely. In 2016, Jillyn was promoted to Property Manager and in 2019 she was promoted to Senior Property Manager.  She currently manages over 678,972 square feet of Office, Retail and Industrial properties.

Prior to joining Sun Property Management, Jillyn began her career in commercial real estate in 2006 as an Assistant to the Managing Partner of Colliers International. In 2010, Jillyn moved to Virtus Commercial as their Transaction Coordinator and soon after became the Broker’s Executive Assistant and a Property Manager.

Jillyn is a member of Sun’s Community Outreach Committee and has helped rally our team for fundraising events such as Stuff the Bus Toy & Clothing Drive, Three Square Thanksgiving Food Drive, Light the Night Walk, Boys Town Nevada Backpack Drive and more.

Professional Affiliations & Designations

Ms. Matthiesen’s goal is to continue her education in commercial real estate by obtaining
her CPM designation through IREM.
