At Sun, she oversees a variety of properties with a focus on maximizing tenant satisfaction and ensuring operational efficiency. Prior to joining Sun Property Management, Maria honed her skills at Logic Commercial Real Estate, where she managed a robust portfolio of institutional clients across retail, office, and industrial properties, gaining valuable expertise in navigating complex property operations and client relationships.

Maria began her real estate career in 2015 as a Residential Property Manager, where she developed a strong foundation in procedures, tenant relations, and property maintenance.

Outside of work, Maria is an avid animal lover and enjoys spending time with her family. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Maria thrives in dynamic environments and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants alike.
